:labour: Where now for Labour?

He has / is writing a 14,000 word vision for Labour so we are about to find out

Is that going to be like Bart Simpson writing lines at the beginning of each episode?

The man seems to have difficulty articulating 140 unique words.

If he needs 14000 words I would say his ‘vision’ isn’t exactly 20/20.
If he would like some help describing his position can I suggest: untenable. Useless beige cunt.

You could use that to describe the whole Labour Party tbf.

Christ, that is painful. Excruciating in fact, how the fuck did he manage to shoehorn himself into the top chair? I’ve heard five-year olds covered in chocolate sound more convincing when claiming not to have eaten the cake. Genuinely, toe curlingly awful.

God - imagine what that poster would have said for Corbyn

You’d only need to change the photo and the last bit.

“By the Establishment, their braying hyenas and the turkeys voting for Christmas”

Won’t believe as in astonished or won’t believe as in bullshit?

I cannot be arsed with the labour party in its present guise

To be fair it doesn’t take a lot to prove he is a clueless idiot

I think the interesting thing about Loach’s video is that the Labour leadership clearly aren’t clueless. They just have completely different priorities and are fucking ruthless about going about it.

If you take the view that they’re supposed to be winning government, they look completely inept. If you view it from the context of regaining power within their own party, it all makes sense.

This proposed rollback of the leadership rules is really their end game, and they’re right on track.

TBF Labour do need to sort out their own manor before they have a chance of beating the Tories

Similar to the Tories in the Blair years - they need to be out of power for a sufficient amount of time to realise that being in opposition is of no consequence and they need to work together to get elected.

Starmer is fighting on two fronts - he has to put to bed the hard left plus he has got Boris parking his tanks on the lawn in the centre ground

Ironically labours best chance might be the right wing reform party that Farage is creating which could split the tory vote in the same way as the Brexit party did

It’s a fucking long road

Until recently, I didn’t think a Keir-led Labour Party would have a sniff electorally.

The Conservatives seem to be paving a victory for Labour. Depending on how shite this shortages lark gets, I could actually see a Keir win. And that’s a shame, because it’ll give him the same leverage over the party that Blair had when he won.

The media have succeeded - the panic is on
