Why the hell haven’t they already ignored them if they interfered with their time off?
I know I will get at least 1 email between 2 and 3 days of me leaving the vessel for my B2B after that it is his decisions that determine what happens not mine so let him get on with it.
as with e mails if you are on the beach after working hours deal with it the next day.
For fucks sake its your life not theirs.
