I stayed in hospital accomodation when I was a student on a clinical placement, and there was a sign over the bin in the kitchen saying:
‘Please do not shit in the bin.’
1/ I don’t think the ‘please’ was deserved or necessary.
2/ How many times do people need to shit in the bin before it needs a sign?
3/ Who was going through the bin to find said shit.
