There was Rollerball years ago. That was basically about killing the other players. Not dissimilar to wheelchair Rugby

My mate used to be the physio for England’s olympic wheelchair rugby team, got me a ticket for the 2012 warm up tournament, absolute carnage and great fun

Is wheelchair rugby what ordinary rugby players play after they’re forced to retire from the regular game after about three seasons?
