Will be giving it a listen. Have heard good things.
One of the bands I saw as an older nipper but didnāt particularly like at the time, and went to see them because of young lady friends at time, but the songs have stuck with me.

I saw them as a callow youth at the Marquee in Wardour Street, in '79. Not the famous Joy Division support act night, unfortunately, but The Cure were quite superb. They were promoting their second album, and by the time they finished the final encore (which I think was Seventeen Seconds) you could have heard a pin drop. Absolutely mesmerising performance, Iāve never forgotten it.

A great band, one of the finest and most original bands this country has produced in my humble opinion. Superb musicianship, enhanced since 2012 with the addition of Reeves Gabrels on guitar who worked with Bowie for many years. A back catalogue second to none and their live performances are stunning. I have kept their closing performance on the Sunday night at Glastonbury 2019 which absolutely stole the weekend, I still watch it regularly.

I have been into my French based English language bands for a while now, for good reason.
The lyrics arenāt exactly Shakespeare but they do some proper bangers.
Just watched āLater with Jools Hollandā Series 65 Ep6 which opened sensationally with St. Vincentā¦she was incredible. TBF I often fast forward through a lot of turgid crap but this episode is well worth watching all the way through.
