Great albumā¦
Oh heckā¦button linking heart/ears/eyes/tear ducts working overtimeā¦quite stunningly beautiful.
Iāve been touting this piece since I bought the original āHadestownā by Anais Mitchell ten years ago. Itās now made itās way to Broadway and strangely more relevant now in the current climate than ever beforeā¦
Yep.
Had Neon Bible on over the weekend. Easily Arcade Fireās darkest album, even though a couple of the tracks seem like leftovers from Funeral (No Cars Go, Iām looking at you).
A few faves.
The more she sings to me⦠the closer i get to selling all i own and heading to Nashville to seek her out⦠(not stalking, honestā¦)
Did not really know her that well⦠tune is good, like the arrangement, but think her voice would suit less reverb in the mix.
Calm your tits, gambaccini
Gambaccini?.. I am fucking Butch Vig mated with Nick Raskulinecz and bastardised with a bit of Danial Lanois mate
Was there too.
I just love Forever Changes - despite the fact that I was only a couple of months old when it was released.
Listening to Amsterdam at the moment. This is a wonderful track with some lovely poetry and a nice Gaelic vibe.
