I lived in Scotland when that came out and knew one of the people who was on the college course (B&S started as a college project). Bought Tigermilk on release, when there were only 500 copies. It was still out of print after they’d become relatively famous and someone offered me 900 quid for my copy. Which I was foolish to refuse as it was reissued just a couple of months later. 900 quid! I was a student. That would have seen me through most of the term.
