šŸŽµ What are you listening to etc

Heard this on the radio today and thought it was one of their old tracks that I’d missed, turns out they’re putting out some new stuff and it sounds decent.

Saw the Skints last night at the 1865. I’d never heard of them til yesterday morning when my nephew called and said he had a spare ticket, I rather enjoyed it. Very UB40 sound, but more major keys.

For those taking notes, I only spotted one mask in the entire full house.

Beside your mask I take it?

I refer the Honourable Gentleman to my previous remark…

:expressionless::expressionless::expressionless:

Tut tut. :stuck_out_tongue:

I didn’t kiss anyone.

Field Music’s output over the years has been amazing…whilst still playing small venues. I love’ em.
Just released a 4 song EP of song that didn’t sit comfortably in their latest full album.

This morning, I fancied a bit of Pulp. I’ve heard Different Class loads, absolutely love it and think it is one of the best albums of the '90s.

That said, it did get a lot of play in the 1990s, so I’m doing This Is Hardcore this morning. Funny story about its creation and title. Apparently, Jarvis was honest enough to recognise his place after the success of Different Class. Couldn’t write songs about being skint anymore, so spend three years watching porn and wrote and album about that instead.

OK this was a BIG THING here.
Equally, in the words of that song, It went on and on and on and on…
The judges couldn’t make up their minds and finally chose the winner at 3am.
Just imagine Eurovision lasting that long…
(And no, we had guests so didn’t watch, BUT a good friend here had his wife involved in it - on the event management side, been going on for ages before hand with qualifiers and all the rest. He like many others were zombies today

This.

Fuck me. Well impressed - give it a listen

I was there…out in the dark somewhere. Nobody remotely like The Who these days…

New album out today.

Brilliant camera work on this…quite compelling…

It’s all the disappointment surrounding the release of Pete Townsend’s book, or lack thereof.

Enjoying "Fever Dreams’ at the moment. Tis a bobby dazzler.
