Putin has internal and external opposition, but enjoys a lot of domestic support. Clearly though, not even all of his own country love this type of cunt, let alone the whole world.

I am not a massive fan of using literalism to turn the course of internet debate, but that’s because most people you’re responding to do not suffix their contribution with the self-confirming seal of factual approval that you do. I’d let it go, think “ah, he doesn’t really mean the whole world”. In your case, I just can’t.
