I think he’s just focused on pardoning himself now. The obviously scripted video last night (which I’m sure he was forced to do and which still stopped short of concession or acknowledging Biden as President-elect) switched from saying he understood the mob, who were “special people and he loved them” to condemning the riot. Still effectively saying they were having to challenge the integrity of the election. He also lied about bringing in the National Guard.
With his staff resigning all around him and calls for impeachment or 25th Amendment he’s getting seriously worried. In particular, impeachment could (even after the end of his term) include lifetime debarment from public office.
It’s clear to me he thought his mob could actually stop Congress from certifying the results beyond the deadline, which might (in his mind anyway) have allowed Congress to reappoint him. I think even he has finally realised it’s over, but he’ll reinvent facts very soon after he’s gone and try again. He’s still got his moronic mob believing anything he says.

An Iraqi judge has issued an arrest warrant for Donald Trump. What a fitting end to this horrible man, to be given to the Iraqi people to publicly disgrace him, try him, and imprison him there, or carry out whatever sentence is passed on him.
