:tories: Tories in trouble?

Fuck, just watching that vid now.

She’s hopeless. Second fucking stringers.

Yeah that was her. I wouldn’t let her loose on newsnight srs, if she can’t cope with Ben Shephard, god knows what paxman would do to her. They had her proper rattled. The main beef seemed to be Ben Shepherd wanted her to apologise to someone, prison guards I think, and she didn’t want to. Ben Shephard was like, how can these prison guards ever deal with you again, if you don’t give them an Apology, for whatever it is you were sposed to have done?

I was thinking, grow up you turd, we’re fkn adults, we don’t stop doing our jobs just cos you think it would be nice if someone give you an apology, but that Truss bird seemed Flumoxed, and went into full robot mode repeating lines from her Script, like she was stuck in a malfunction loop.

The government has spunked 100K in court costs attempting to keep the list of workfare plantation owners secret.

The Tory government blew £100,000 of public money trying to hide a huge list of firms that used jobseekers for unpaid work.

Tesco and Asda were among household names on a list of 500 companies, charities and councilsnamed as taking part in ‘Mandatory Work Activity’. See the full list here.

The list dates to 2011 but was only released in July - after the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) launched an astonishing four-year legal battle to hide it.

Official claimed releasing the information would hurt “commercial interests” - but eventually lost in the Court of Appeal.

Now Mirror Online has confirmed the whole saga cost more than £100,000.

Cherts prediction : will not defend :lou_sunglasses:

The assumption is that they offered these free workers schemes on the assumption of anonymity to the businesses as it does look bad on the employers. Trying to figure out where else the money should come from (perhaps the businesses themselves should have chipped in if they were that bothered).

To be honest, anything for the DWP tends to be a car crash, and I don’t think you’ll find many people denying that.

The historical problem with the two major parties over the last twenty years is that both have borrowed a lot of ideology or policy from other the pond. Blair was very much a UK-styled Clinton pursuing the same kind of politics. Workfare is another import.

I’ve never seen the sense in it. It’s punitive, vindictive and like many of these initiatives, actually prevents people from getting into work. Not only that, but it takes real jobs away for people that actually do want to work, or overtime hours from those already in situ.

The Tory bros are paranoid about the bros who don’t work cos they prefer living on benefits, and top it up with naughty cash work and some light thieving and drug dealing. These ppl do exist, I know a few myself, but I don’t know how big a problem it is really. That is how you end up with them sort of policies tho.

One of the biggest issues is that it is perceived to be rampant. Again, it needs to be investigated before the Government puts in these measures. It smacks of a Big Bang approach based on little or no research.

There was a Tory bird on the GMTV or whatever it’s called now this morning when I was having my shit. She was a blonde bird. She had long hair, but done it like a side parting. It looked a bit strange. She was talking about prisons and things, and also whiplash, and that soppy bro and the sour faced cow who present GMTV, or whatever it’s called, was attacking her like they thought they was on newsnight or something. Honestly, the soppy presenter bro thought he was Paxman or something. Answer the Question, answer the fucking Question! And now, here is a cat in Scunthorpe that got it’s head stuck in a jamjar.

You have a TV in the toilet?

You’re assuming he moves from the couch to defecate

I am in Hotel. If I leave bathroom door open, and angle TV, I can watch it in the reflection on the mirror. It is essential I do this cos the hotel wifi is No Good, and I can’t shit unaccompanied. The other day at work I forgot to take my phone with me to the toilet, and I nearly had panic attack srs.

Research has already been done. I remember a figure of 0.6% being cited the other week, yet the public think it’s 25%. The government could dissuade them of this notion, but chooses not to.

In slightly assosiated news the sports pub near me has TV screens embedded into the back of the urinal piss troughs, so in the Spurs Arsenal game the other week I managed to piss all over Wanyamas face. It was v.satisfying, for both of us prob.

I’m the public, let’s see what I think! So, I reckon, of adult males 18-65, who have been claiming jobseeker benefit for 6 months or more, my instincts would tell me that i.e.approx 12.94% of them are pure Naughty Boys. I’m not so sure about Birds, I dunno how it is affected by i.e. childrens and things. I think they are generally more trust tho.

there is something very “Alan Partridge” about this

If I done it just on people I know percentage would be higher tho I spose. We should do sotonions survey, we could all say how many people we know are long term unabe to find work and on benefits, and how many of them is Scoundrel.

I can think of 8 of top of head. One has got glaucoma and he is pretend it is worse than it is. Two is in drug industry. One is old man, I think he is dumb to hold out for Top Executive Role, but I will give him benefit of doubt. One is a Blind. One hasn’t really got bad back, I know him from the gym ffs. Two is mums with kids, I dunno how that works tbh, if that is same as Jobseeker. What is that?

I am 4 out of 8 prob.

Oh, I’ve thought of another one. She’s is the worst of them All.

Watership Alan.

Sophie : Oh, Ben. Mr. Partridge was just saying that he couldn’t see ‘Bangkok Chick-boys’ from his bathroom.
Ben : Well you can if you angle the mirror by the door. Do you want me to show you?
Alan : No! I only watched it for five minutes. The remote control’s confusing.

Thinking about it, CB is an abbreviation for chick boy. I doubt it would apply to yourself, but Chick Boy Fry has a nice ring to it. So I’m told.

Oh I also know someone who is multiple sclerosis. That should balance out the register.

To be fair, the public in general are stupid and won’t listen, even if they are told (not that they have in this instance).

One of the main things about Brexit was that we have more immigrants coming in from outside the EU, than inside, and that if we wanted to stay in the common market then we won’t be able to rid ourselves of that immigration, but nah, they still think it’s going to happen.

Have to say 0.6% seems very small, but then I suppose it rises and falls based on what kind of benefits.

What happened to the cat?

And what kind of cunt feeds a cat jam?

The same kind of person who think a golliwog is just like a teddy?
