The funniest one is Truss banging on about how everything in the UK would be great if she had been left in place. Probably has a bigger lack of self awareness than Johnson. IMHO obviously l.

Thing is Truss may have even been right over the long term (we will never know) BUT she was a totally inept politician. She was arrogant enough to think she could launch a radical shake up without preparing the ground before her, expecting everyone to suddenly fall into line in admiration of her genius. The markets don’t work that way, they hate surprises because it costs them money.
I think I mentioned that I was at a dinner in Singapore just after Truss became PM and ws sat next to someone who worked with her at Shell. He was not entirely complimentary - very sure of her own opinion was one of his comments.
I then asked “Are we buggered?” His reply was " I think you are"
What I hadn’t anticipated at the time was it would only take another 4 weeks for that to come true
