This weekends other games 4th 5th 6th 7th March due to time zones

There was a very loud round of scummer for Shaw and a group of Bournemouth ‘fans’ picked on my 4 year old son in the summer… very big of them! So for personal reasons I dislike them, but not with a passion!

I know I know, just tuned in ha ha

Small village Poole I thought?

That’s a pen, no doubt, he swiped at it and it stopped a goal threat!

Great save!!!

Why could big nose not have a game like this last Sunday!?

yes, he moved his hand downwards in order to stop the ball. Good save, ibrahimovich not at the races today

What from 2 feet ref?

Arm towards ball, and away from body… also where the ball was going!

The way united are playing today, lord alone knows. :lou_lol:

Maybe not. Friend was speaking to Ibrhimovic just before half time which suggests that he may have seen the elbow but decided not to send him off. Which means that he wouldn’t get a ban. Lets face it, it would take a brave referee, (or an honest one), to send Ibrahimovic off at Old Trafford at the moment, him being flavour of the month in the Premiership and all that! I thought the penalty was harsh, 2 yards away he could never have got his hand out of the way.

Well played United…hung on for a draw against 10 man Bompey.

Can’t believe that Friend saw that elbow and didn’t punish it. Blind or dumb. Take your pick.

There is a third option of course. How about ‘gutless’!

I think Friend would have to put it in his match report for Zlatan to escape a retrospective ban.

Friend did indeed talk to Zlatan for ages and called Rooney over to be part of it.

There were only two reasons for that conversion involving the captain.

  1. He saw an offence (an elbow to the head), and as he took no action, he bottled it

  2. He was asking Zlatan what minute he wanted the penalty in the second half

Shocking refereeing display.

Mings came out to do an interview at the end of the game.

Bold as brass he said the kick to the head was an accident and that he isn’t that sort of player.

Swansea 1-0 Burnley

Leicester 0-1 Hull

talking on the radio as if Leicester had turned the corner and safe! They only best Liverpool, who lets face it are very poor!

HTs

Leicester 1 - 1 Hull

Stoke 2 - 0 Middlesbrough

Swansea 1 - 1 Burnley

West Brom 0 - 0 Crystal Palace

Portsmouth 0 - 0 Crewe Alexandra (why do Pompey always seem to be playing at home whenever I check their score!!)

Ref’s are having a nightmare this w/e.

Burnley just awarded a penalty for a handball in the area whilst Swansea were defending a corner.

It clearly hits an extended arm that is raised above the head and the ref has a good view.

Where’s the controversy?

It was clearly a Burnley player that handballed it.

Burnley scored.

Anthony Taylor isn’t going to be watching MoTD tonight.
