You’re right about socialism. Most equate it with communism and that was the tactic with Cuban immigrants that won Miami and Florida for Trump.

And yet, they also fail to realise that they DO have socialism.

Big corporate tax breaks, bail outs, etc.

Socialism for the rich.

It would seem Trump is now scamming the electorate for cash (from BBC).

He could always ask Deutsche Bank for it…

More likely this cash will be going to Deutsche bank.

Remember remember the 5th of November, the Trumpsters’ treason and plot…

Payback

Saw a great tweet yesterday. CBA to find it.

On the ā€œSTOP THE COUNTā€ thing, some mush says ā€œgive or take a letter I agree with this statementā€.

How is it taking so long to count Alaska? Barely anyone there? One place they’ve had 45 votes and that’s 2% of the population.

No one’s bothered to check if it’s still there?

Logistics of actually getting votes from remote areas to the counting centers apparently. Makes sense if you think about a small population over a massive area.

Get more counting centers (sic)

Russian media changes tone on Biden

In this US election, Russia has been keeping its expectations low. Very low.

ā€œFor Russia, choosing between Trump and Biden is like choosing between two kinds of castor oil,ā€ said tabloid Moskovsky Komsomolets today. Ugh.

There’s no doubt, though, that a spoonful of Trump medicine would be more palatable for the Russian authorities. After all, Donald Trump never criticises Vladimir Putin and calls for closer ties with Moscow; Joe Biden has slammed the Kremlin leader many times. There’s concern here a Biden presidency would mean more sanctions.

Moscow claims to be sitting on the side-lines. But the Russian state media have been more complimentary of Donald Trump than Joe Biden.

Is that about to change? Today’s edition of the Russian government paper had some praise for the Democrat.

ā€œUnlike the aggressively disposed Trump, Biden assumed a markedly neutral position and adopted the role of national peacemaker.ā€

Another newspaper posed the question: ā€œIs Biden so terrifying?ā€

A change of tone, in expectation of a Biden victory?

Biden now just ahead in Georgia. Heavily Republic Georgia that is.
