Bernie Sanders might be swept in to govt as was Obama. And nothing will change.
There is no alternative when you have Ted Cruz or Donald Trump on one side and Clinton on the other, Sanders is the best politician but he is an idealist and a conviction politician, too far left for even the supposed left thinking party.
The US is an incredibly conservative and religious Nation, very different to us in political terms, many people control the reins of power, look how impotent Obama has been.

Possibly, maybe yes but it will always be denied.
People say you can love two countries, or two ideals at the same time, possibly but there will always be a favourite, I have Irish blood on my mothers side but I’m English and have no issues when it comes to allegiance.

I suspect most of Trumps voting demographic are Baptists, Evangelicals, Lutherans and Methodists.
He wont give a shit about the Catholic faith telling him to build a fence, it will raise his popularity, the Catholic Church is not popular to many Americans,
