Well I have an idea of not what to get and I’ll also tell you this, Evertonians aren’t disappointed, its worse than that, they’re laughing.
We get a shit player on loan, that tells you one of 2 things.

As you’re googling away you will see the difficulties. Who is realistically priced? Who is likely to want a move? Who are we competing with? That’s before you consider whether or not they fit our squad/system, can they adapt to the Premier league or do we pay a premium for an established PL player? Do we buy a younger player with a resale/development potential or take a hit by plugging a gap with more experience? If the answer is Tom Davies then maybe the questions were: is he available? Is he cheap? Does he have PL experience? Can we try before we buy? Will it piss Barry off?

My Spurs mates didn’t think much of KWP when we first signed him on loan.
That said, I too am slightly underwhelmed by the link to Davies!
Also… it’s come from Alex Crook so it is quite likely bollox.
