From the BBC, following quotes from Blackburn about Armstrong saying goodbye today:
“Blackburn are keen on signing Southampton’s 21-year-old Republic of Ireland forward Michael Obafemi on a permanent deal.”

Most who get signed (by big clubs) tend not to get many games for a few seasons / at all

I know he’s had a few injuries but Obafemi hasn’t really kicked on, despite early promise. The next Sam Gallagher? Moving to Blackburn too.

Clearly resigned to the fact that Armstrong is going and not happy about it. Similarly Ralph over Ings. However Mowbray comes across as a genuinely nice chap.
