Just read a story about Norwich wanting McCarthy, but unable to afford the 20m price tag.
I’m taking that with a very large pinch of salt.
I read something similar (and it was poorly written) but I think the actual issue is that Norwich’s total budget/transfer ‘war chest’ equates to £20m. Not that we value him at that amount.

It is reported the Brazilian believes his decision to join Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 was a backwards step and dreams of a return to the Camp Nou.
