Think I posted on the wrong site before. But my insticts are this is an investment to develop the land around St Marys for the benifit of the club and in turn the men and womens team. The councils vision document and video identifies the area as having particular issues of contamination and multiple ownerships which have always prevented development. Lander sports have expertise in this field. The council mention they have a significant investor llined up who is interesteed in working on the site. Im not sure if this will mean stadium expansion or leisure and housing deveopent or simple infrastructure but my guess is this is what it is about
