What worries me is that our board are so slow in dealing with this - he should have gone in the nov international breaks
12.1 for Russell but then add in the entire back room team that means analysts up to Calderwood & Gill
He is on £2m a year and has a little over 2.5 years left - no way its going to cost 12m to just get rid of just him. His team will be on a lot less
Reckon 12 is for him, his team and the compo we are likely to have to pay a championship side for our next manager
Even then that number will be mitigated if he gets another job
