Well, I’m sure they’re right. We certainly look like an attractive proposition to a top manager at the moment, definitely a club on the rise backed up by wealth, ambition, confidence, a club structure others can only envy, and an enormous loyal fan base

He had one job - counting the trees in the enchanted forest. He failed, quite abjectly, and fell back on excuses about the impossibility of the job. The world of tree-counting is a highly competitive and unforgiving one, so he simply had to go. But he’ll have plenty of compensation and will no doubt walk straight into another tree-counting job in a matter of weeks, or even days.
