:efl: The Play Off Final - :leedsunitedfc: Leeds United v Southampton :saints:

Just seen that the Saints bar at SMS will be screening the match. £5 entry from 1pm.

Not quite the same, I appreciate, but maybe better than nothing

Ticket landed this morning = bought Monday

When are you telling the Ayatollah?

I have secured them for my mate who is flying himself and his young nipper from Aus so his son can see his first live saints game.

No postman down our road today.

I have been to Wembley every time Saints have played there.
Twice in 1976, won one, lost one.
1979, lost.
1992, lost.
2017, lost.

You’ll be pleased to know, after slagging off the Play offs ever since they were introduced, it would have seemed hypocritical to go…so I’m not.

My success rate is, as you can see abysmal, which means Saints now have a much better chance of success.

I hope you all appreciate my sacrifice. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Che and Ross Stewart both available.
Spoke to SFC ticket office who have added me to the long list of people whose tickets have not arrived. Back-up plan is to collect reprinted ticket from Wembley ticket office before the match

Semis don’t count…but if they did, I was there too. :frowning:

Argggg I forgot…yes I was there. I was at The Millennium Stadium in 2003 too, so that balances that. :frowning:

Ditto. Although my balance was not great in 2003 as I was still drinking then. From 6am.

Yep, us too. Simplysaint is collecting tickets as they’ve not arrived. Woman on ticket line sounded like she was about to hang herself. I would imagine that many callers weren’t as polite as perhaps they could have been.

Still don’t know why the club didn’t issue e-tickets ? Even our local theatre has them.

Bizarre

The man I spoke to at the ticket office said Royal Mail delivery of tickets has been a problem all season. At least there won’t be any Leeds fans queuing at Wembley as they did e-tickets.
Don’t forget photo ID for the pick up.

I thought they said the reason for the higher than normal booking and postage charges was because SFC were using a firm which had good experience of getting tickets delivered at very short notice. Bloody odd and misleading.

To be fair @scotty I lined that one up just for you
