Painting your forum enemies (or “frenemies”) as the same person under different guises is best avoided in my experience. If you’re going down that route then far better to pack it all in and jump ship in order to talk a walk on the sotonian side.

I think we may have underestimated some of the posters on the Other Side.
Clearly as they State Their Opinion at east 5 times on any thread and accept no alternative opinion, they clearly must be right all the time in everything they do and say.
Obviously with a track record like that we must have at least half a dozen Saints fans who are clearly as brilliant at Business and life as Bill Gates, Mark Z et al and all of them are clearly multi zillionaires.
Hats off to them I say.
Luckily I am in my second marriage. My first marriage taught me that everything I do and every thought or opinion I ever had was wrong.

I probably did PM Fry some time ago. I cant remember exactly but I would have wanted to try and find out why he felt it necesary to be such an arse. I have never received a PM from him back. Obviously he is above such things.
For me it is a matter of principle. Some people get banned for nothing it seems. Others like Mr Fry can abuse people all they like day in day out and get away with it. It is clear that a number of people do not post because they do not like the abuse that gets hurled around. It should be a place where people can say what they like (within reason) and not get slagged off. I would expect someone to call me names in the pub so why accept it on an internet forum. Having said that I did fall into the trap and slag off Fry but guess what, no infraction?
I’m in the special mile high club of having had a PM from CB Fry. Two.
If everyone got replies, it wouldn’t be special anymore. Bet Bearsy’s never had one…
