I still don’t understand why Southgate is still manager of our national football team. Clueless and no idea how to change the structure of a team mid game.
As for the team selection. Mings and Maguire will never look like a safe proposition as defensive stalwarts. No let back picked in the squad as cover for Chilwell. Pickford is not our best goalkeeper though it seems he is lucky as Southgate thinks differently.
