I have to say festival dining has improved- smoked mackerel terrine, a two inch thick pork chop, raspberry and almond tart washed down with a couple of bottle of Gavi di Gavi
Then it rained like a bastard and fucked it up
this is too thick to cook properly
I recommend this in the highest terms. True Shroppie beers
Thank fuck - not like some of them “craft beer” brewers whose product you have to chew, give you the shits or both.
Am down in Bizzle for most of next week and there’s a great craft beer’s scene- but some utter wank.
