I have a headache, I’m on a night bus. I’ve had a lot of fizzy alcohol…

That makes as much sense as an average post from by Barry…

Knew a guy from our old boozer, who was Tour Manager for Van Morrison.

She did my hair in the make-up room before I started in that gay porn movie with Hugh Grant.
Long story

Out in Eastleigh for a few with friends. In the Steam Town at the moment. Blues guitarist and Unity Conflux. All is good.

Back over the bridge at The Wagon Works. And from a low bar it’s gone done hill. If I can mix metaphors?

Still, 3 pints of Punk IPA and a double gin and tonic for under £15 and all is forgotten. Oh, full disclosure there were two packets of crisps in that bill too.

A few friends round and the rum shelf has taken a hammering. Mostly we have been drinking these:

Just had a large Havana Club and it was very nice.

Is that a euphemism?

Good friends if you let them do any more than look at that bottle of Diplomatico.
Did we try that Atlantico at the rum festival? Sure i’ve tried it, but can’t think where else it could have been.

That blues guitarist was excellent (or I was pissed - I’ll let the reader decide).

He was standing on a small raised wooden platform and was wearing tap shoes and created his own drum accompaniment by shuffling and tapping to the beat.

Reminded me of this…

He also put his guitar under his leg and played whilst standing and jumping on one leg. Very clever - if not a little convoluted.

I’ve been saving that bottle to share! Too good to sit there drinking on my own. And it is lovely. Not sure if we tried the Atlantico at the festival. Maybe. It’s pretty good and I bagged a couple of bottles when it was £26 including delivery  Gonna go again this year?
