This is Neff (short for Eygyptian Goddess name.
She is my lawn cutting supervisor.
Follows alongside giving instructions to stay in straight lines.
When I disengage the blade for a grass dump she tells me off. Then tells me exactly when to lower the blades again.
Had to cut under the Plum trees in the field today so we got covered in clippings

Kids, hose pipe nerf guns. Carnage.

Off camping in a couple of weeks and I love that first cup of coffee in the morning moment.

BTW I hope you’re enjoying Robin Hobb’s Dragon Haven!

Would’ve thought it, you alone in a tent on a riverbank on Saturday night enjoying a fantasy in the dark.

One of the dangers of uploading high res images is that you can zoom in and see lots of stuff you shouldn’t.

Be warned!

It is a wonderful thing. My Pedrini goes everywhere i go.

I am thanks. I do like her writing and have been neglecting my fiction lately.

The Hobb book and only the Hobb book

I know, so had already moved Doris out of view :joy:

Nothing of any importance to report about the busy day at Cobham Towers.

Young Adult #1 is still currently (still) unpacking shit brought back from Uni.

Young Adult #2 is prepping woodwork for glossing tomorrow and I’m lazing around in the sun in the back garden with a chilled glass of wine with Short-Hair Cat From Hell.

Mrs CS is at work.

Cheers!

Rain due here tomorrow hence faffing in the garden today and topping up the tan.

Me and Young Adult #2 should have most of Mrs CS’ decorating plan done tomorrow. Finish up Wednesday and we’re off to the pub for lunch as Mrs CS is off to Exeter for the day with Young Adult #1
