The thing is Guyana is the newest and biggest offshore development going on in the world at the moment. Expected to be 2nd behind Brazil and overtake Venezuela as an exporter in South America and at present doesn’t have the infra structure or personnel to support all the rigs and FPSO’s being put in place so there are a lot of ex-pats going in and out of the country.
