Cooked it perfectly- just not sure venison and smoke work - tasted a bit weird

When I cleared M&D CSâ house at the end of 2020 I brought back a desk fan and a large free standing fan to the great annoyance of Mrs C_S who said âwhen will we ever use those?â
Sheâs been up in Madchester with her mum this weekend and just suggested I might want to dig them out âjust in case it gets warm next weekâ
