Last ewe lambed at 10.30 last night, am now going to be able to get more than 4 hours continuous sleep for first time in nearly 6 weeks. When I say lamb, it was more like a small elephant and as has been happening a lot this year it was coming with one leg forward and one leg back. Felt sorry for the ewe, a first timer, when it finally came out. Both doing fine now out in the orchard in the sun.
Could really do with some rain now as grazing is getting tight, hasn’t rained since middle of March and now have 100+ lambs to raise, although what value they will be later in the year, who knows.

I used to really like Danny Dyer when he was an actor in films.

Maybe I would have felt that way once.
