Three train companies have tried to make a direct service from Shropshire to London pay, and theyāve all failed.
And this wonāt go through Wem. Will be much quicker to do what we already do: shuttle to Crewe then in London in just over 90 minutes. If the timings work I can be from my front door to Euston in just over 2 hours.
The new Wrexham service will take over 3 hours.
