If I were the port of dover I would be shitting it and would be pushing for
Border check to go onto the French side

Whilst the problems are UK side with snarl
Ups on the roads etc, the French have no incentive to fix it

Likewise Thailand. Eyeball recognition, finger and thumb prints. As you say it’s no big deal unless you’re a criminal.

I will be going to Thailand on the 11th Jan for 5 days to see the nipper in Bankok

You still about then?

I will be in Thailand until the end of February, but I will be leaving Bangers in the New Year. Heading for Phuket for a while to meet up with friends, not sure where after that. Maybe Koh Chang for a while, I like it there. Possibly Samui, although that has gone downhill by all accounts. Have a mate with a big house just outside Pattaya, may have a few days there.

Gunboat diplomacy?
In 2023?
Seriously?

Given the public mood re the post masters, Ed Davey must be squirming somewhat

Years too late but at least the TV show is having an impact for the poor sods

Well, it’s now 2024 and we still have siege warfare, concentration camps and collective punishment going on.

I’m less worried about the gunboat diplomacy.

Oops.
So that aircraft had been having cockpit pressurisation warnings and was banned from flying over water?

How big will the class action for stress & PTSD be against Alskan & Boeing?

BBC News - German farmers blockade Berlin with tractors in subsidy row

Just not TOO far right…

(Not reported but the farmers closed the border crossings with Poland)

The Germans even have a word for it - Schadenfreude

Not the usual German modus operandi

That poor little bastard third in line certainly looks like he could use the subsidy

This is the company nasa were pissed off with because they’re also taking up things like peoples ashes - and pointed out to nasa that they were only purchasing space on the commercial vehicle so go do one.

Fuck!
