Apparently it was in his constituency. Note that the four victims sat around the table with him all have Tory blue jumpers on, colour coordinated with the Tory blue desks, yet the little girl sitting behind his left shoulder is wearing what is obviously the proper uniform, ie a black jumper.

Do you know what school it was? A simple check on their website should verify.

A primary school in his constituency is what’s being reported. Uxbridge is it? And yes, I can see they are blue tops, to stop paint splashes. I’m just surprised Johnson isn’t wearing one. These photo ops would have a team from No 10 going in well in advance to set things up, I’m sure Johnson and his entourage don’t just turn up.The little girl in the black jumper seems to have a different colour desk, but I’m sure the colour coordinated blue in the money shot is just a coincidence!

Probably the kid of a teacher who had to keep her at home because of rampant Covid in her school but couldn’t afford a child minder…maybe

My first visit was in 1983 or 84. I distinctly remember all the women having to do most of the work and the men may have done a bit of BBQing. So probably not!

Probably cannot point too much at other countries when it looks like this - https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/women-men-household-chores-domestic-house-gender-norms-a9021586.html and it looks like Covid didn’t help that.
I see only 7% of couples in 2019 shared chores equally. We think we are all equal and got it right but at least in Italy they are overt about it not being so there.

I do all of the food shopping, cooking and half of the cleaning.

Mrs C_S has been doing 99% of the decorating and the gardener does the grounds.

Can’t wait until we can get all of the staff back from Poland (@Polski_Filip there’s some commission there…possibly)

Strange co-incidence but Mrs P_F used to work for a labour sourcing Company.

Just to be clear we are very equal here. I pay for everything Mrs P_F & her Mum do all the work.

Apparently, after from hoovering, nothing I do (WITH REGARD TO HOUSEWORK) comes up to Polish Standards. On other things she tells me there is a queue, probably to pay for stuff…

You are part of the 7% with my partner and I. :star:
We have always divided up house work and cooking until I was part time and I did a bit more.

Apparently my cleaning doesn’t come up to my partner’s exacting standards. I keep telling him he is welcome to do it properly or shut up about it.

News now coming out from police Chiefs that Patel said the Covid rules should be enforced and gatherings broken up for Sarah Everard last Saturday night which seems to be at odds with her reaction after the events.

Mrs C_S now works part time (4/5) nothing changed with the split of chores when that happened

Maybe it’s being in a union and our negotiating skills
