Could I just state then when Bazza went into meltdown over laws in Malaysia he doesnt realize that he was quoting laws from the mainland. These dont all apply to the states of Sabah and Labuan which have different laws as the are autonimous states in Malaysia.
I left the conversation as there was no point in trying to convay what actually happens and what is written down by a bunch of lawyers and politicians in other areas of the country its like the Scottish parliament making rules that do not apply in England but people only read the laws as they are applied to England.
I think the issue is not what he quotes, but more the intent behind quoting them. I am not sure what decade Barry is living in, but in the 2020s the UK is a mature multi-ethnic society. Muslims have been here for a long time and by and large, DO NOT import their practices.

My stepson was there that day and was distraught for years over the loss of some friends. As soon as the match was stopped I went to work as a cabbie in London. One of my first pickups was at Sydenham section house. The four coppers started giving it out large how the Scouts youâve were rioting in the stadium.
Not knowing how my son was I blew my stack and demanded they gave me their numbers before kicking them out of my cab. I reported the incident and the police line was that the hooligans were at fault and that the four were doing nothing wrong and I should have accepted what they said as fact.
I was fourteen when this happened. Not quite old enough to appreciate the gravity of what had transpired. I never truly got it until I met and talked to my missus. A dark dark time in the city. Most people knew someone whoâd lost someone.
The S*n, on general boycott in the city to this day, was printing lies about stealing from or pissing on the dead. Any semblance of justice looked unachievable.
People knock Liverpool for being a self-pity city. I prefer to think of it as the last English city that knows how to stick up for itself. I think thatâs the real reason why itâs maligned in other parts of the country.

I love Liverpool and its citizens but detest âpicked on the wrong Cityâ ânot English but Scouseâ crap, Hillsborough was an absolute tragedy that should have never have happened and that is all there is to it.
Liverpool likes the label of the fact it stands up for the underdog but does it? Does it really? In some circumstances it does and it does it really well but also all citizens around the globe stand up for injustice on occasions, self promotion and congratulation is what winds people up.

The amount of tory votes (especially the North end of the City at the last election concerned me greatly, Brexit related obviously but also means they people would rather vote right than left when pushed)
Also North Notts, South Yorkshire, Hull, and the Valleys were arguably harder hit than Liverpool, they had no âotherâ industries and simply were left to rot, no tory on a white horse came into the rescue them.
