Women MPs trying to ape toss pot old stale and pale MPs? Not a good look imho.

Black Madonna, my mind is racing.

Should she have prefaced the remark with “Right Honourable”?

I’m sure that can be arranged.

Lubed or non-lubed?

Yes of course.
They (usually) run multi language tours English, Italian, French, German, Russian but about 2/3 of the general tours are Polish language.
(They also do private tours for other languages we book groups of min 10)
Grace, our partner Historical Guide was doing about 3 trips a week until we went into the red zone.
Seb my boss did about 2 a month through lock down.
The Polish tourists mean the company will survive, just I dont do them! Furlough grant here runs until end of May. It helps us survive

There are walls full of them

Awkward taking a picture in a Holy Place packed with people preying so sorry it is not perfect

Not my cup of tea although we did win unexpectedly on one of my trips, however the Complex of Jasna Gora is STUNNING

It’s about a 90 minute drive from here, located north of Katowice there is a damned good Karzma (Inn/Local Cuisine) place on the way back for lunch

Its a lovely building but its a load of bollocks, religion to me is a conduit for the poor, uneducated, desperate and rich people seeking redemption after sinning and/or power.

Funny you should say that. I was thinking John Prescott in a frock.

That made me laugh out loud. John Prescott in a frock? Ffs :roll_eyes:

Some very Bolshevik sentiments on religion, Mr Sanchez. The defunct Soviet Union would be proud!

I have no problem with anyone believing in any god(s) they like. I do not feel significant enough to make the claim I once did, that I’m an atheist. I’m not clever or worldly enough to know that for sure.

That said, I normally take a dim view of people professing their faith strongly outside of non-faith contexts.

I can deal with “God bless yous” and what have you, but the minute someone offers to pray for me they’ve crossed the line into proselytising, and the bastards never tell you there’s a 10% tithe when they’re asking you about “the meaning of life”.

Thats lovely, religion is a leisure activity that can be actively pursued in ones home, not schools.
People can have any faith they want I couldn’t give a fuck as long as any one said imaginary things doesn’t interfere in my life, sounds fair.

Merry Christmas Baz

Enlightening that in these troubled times, when the country is being slowly shafted by the most incompetent, corrupt, self serving government in living memory, the only ones you chose to have a go at were from what would be regarded as ‘the left’. Rayner, Watson(well sort of), Long-Bailey, Thornberry, all Labour MPs. With the obligatory Scot Nat thrown in. I watched Clarkson making that speech and Rayner was absolutely seething, the pompous bastard was spouting lie after lie about her party, basically blaming them for the whole shambolic situation we are now in. I thought she was quite restrained actually. Unwise but restrained. I understand she has apologized to the the poor little snowflake. Personally i would like to see her give him a public apology Saturday lunchtime outside Manchester Town Hall, not sure if he’d be up for that though!

Has Johnson apologized yet for calling Starmer an IRA sympathiser? Any thoughts on that? I would have thought a slanderous accusation like that is far more serious than muttering the word scum. Today Johnson made a disgraceful attack on the Mayor of London, openly slandering him, lie following lie, if he dared repeat it outside the House he would be taken to the cleaners in the High Court. Not a peep from the Beeb, barely a mention in the press, and what is has been misrepresentated. Using PMQs in the Mayoral election year to blatantly try and smear the Labour candidate. But not a peep, from them or you!

I know it is only fairly recently that you have swopped sides, so you are probably still in the infatuation stage with your new amour. But you could at least try for a little more balance. Search your conscience, you’ll find something!
