Not sure if already reported but Anwar El-Ghazi joined Lille today for 8m Euros. Good price for him, will be interesting to see how he gets on there. One we’ve been linked to for the last few windows.
As I understand it, deals can still go through until 1am so long as that form is filled out by all 3 parties showing a willing for a deal to go through. Therefore there is still hope (albeit faint) that we land a centre back.
It’s gone my bedtime now so I’m off to see the Sandman. I wonder what he has in store for me… probably nightmares and stress dreams over the prospect of Jack Stephens and Gardos playing together again this season.
