The January Transfer Window 2017

I seem to remember an issue where the Daily Echo couldn’t send their own photographer.

But I think other papers were involved in that too.

Didn’t The Mirror call us A South Coast Team - or somesuch?

I may have made all of that up.

That was about a million years ago.

The problem now is that the paper employs children who cannot write and have no knowledge of local geography so the end product is no surprise.

I don’t think it’s an agenda, I think it’s called being rubbish.

… still waiting

I’ll do the gate for you RB :lou_wink_2:

Anyone know if the Jake Livermore to West Brom transfer went ahead ?

Two issues

The daily Echo published pictures of the training ground prior to the previously agreed date, pissing off cortese and hence getting a ban

the second was to do with a money making idea of Cortese’s where the media would have to buy the photos of the club photographers. The press said fuck you and resorted to calling us south coast team and using sketches

Steve, just for you.

I heard that the West Brom medical highlighted some issues with Jake’s diet.

Apparently he’s a vegetarian who doesn’t balance his diet very well and as a result he suffers from a vitamin deficiency.

They have suggested that he needs to eat liver more.

Premier League clubs including Hull City, Southampton, Watford and Sunderland are weighing up a move for Olympiakos midfielder Luka Milivojevic, sources close to the Greek club have told ESPN FC.

Defensive midfielder Milivojevic has impressed since joining Olympiakos from Anderlecht in summer 2015.

The 25-year-old has established himself as a key member of the side and a regular in the Serbia team.

Milivojevic has scored five goals in 16 Greek Super League games to help Olympiakos to the top of the table.

A number of Premier League clubs have been monitoring his progress, with Leicester City and West Ham United having also been reported to be interested.

Hull are in the market for midfield reinforcements after Jake Livermore moved to West Bromich Albion and boss Marco Silva knows all about Milivojevic, having signed him for Olympiakos.
