What we need are the 2 players alongside JWP.
We have Aribo, SA, Moussa, AA & Moi.
Honestly, anyone who can’t see we need an upgrade on these as well must be blind

What we need is a viable alternative to Adams. He isn’t clinical enough. Can’t fault his work rate and hold up play etc but those characteristics were complemented when we had two up front and the other player was the goal scorer - Ings and for half a season, Broja.
The club were apparently open to sell Adams in the summer and he’s only got 18 months left on his contract. Which makes me think he’ll be leaving in the summer anyway, yet we are heavily reliant on him. An odd situation that we’ve cultivated for ourselves.

Imho Orsic is only 1 player.
We need 2 either side of JWP in that 3.
Hence Jackson with the others we can’t sell as cover.
THEN we will sign Ings. And Che is cover for Ings
Half of me thinks that’s a great idea.
The other half remembers what usually happens when players return to former clubs. Once in a long while it works out, but usually it’s either the dampest of squibs or a total disaster.
Not sure anybody’s doubting that!

Eon are a well known energy company supplying gas and electricity to a grateful nation.
“Leccy”, m’lud, is a common euphemism among the lower classes for “electricity”.
Hence the jury will note that my apparently misunderstood quip was based on the notion, fanciful or otherwise, that Eon are extorting at least £11million daily from their unfortunate customers.
