It’s like when you (or me, anyway) buy a car from a dealer. Price sort of agreed, then I ask for a tank of fuel. Dealer says, yeah OK. Then I ask for new floor mats. Oh, grrr OK. Then the first service half price. Oh FFS… OK

I hate to say it but he reminds me of Ray Hiron who played for Skates in late 60s/early 70s. A truly awful donkey.
