Striker from French football.

Cue the Balotelli rumours

:lou_lol:

Or even interpret his Instagram post…

Fuck sake, I see the Palace are going to be signing a defender soon and that WBA have already signed tons of players, even Leicester have signed someone within hours of the window opening.

Who have we signed, where are oru rumours…what are the Chineses saying about it, it’s a fire sale that’s what it is…

Gabiadini has been linked with a move away from the club too…

Right… so according to Jeremy Wilson we are interested in Benteke now? Palace signed him for £30m and would surely never sell to a relegation rival. So I’m calling bullshit on that one.

Also, how far is £60m going to go in today’s market, especially over SEVERAL transfer windows?! Blimey.

A fit Theo and an in form Gabbi could be interesting. I’m up for it but it’s saints tinted specs. I am not keen on Sturridge because of his fitness record. I know, anyway could be a season saver but I think it’s a big gamble.

Sturridge is a huge gamble but one I’d take and take over Walcott, for one he is a genuinely good footballer where as Walcott has been pretty much shite for his whole career for a bigger team, Sturridge has performed at the highest level when fit, his mentality and approach isn’t A1 but then we’re talking about the modern footballer.

I doubt it’s one or the other because they’re completely different players. Walcott has direct pace that we lack and would be an outlet for us on the counter. He is also far more prolific than Mr Redmond.

The fact he has been in the Premier League his entire career means he shouldn’t need a lengthy induction period that untried foreign players would need. Right now we need some immediate impact and for new blood to hit the ground running.

I also strongly doubt getting Sturridge. Would be great but I can’t see it. Liverpool aren’t blessed with CFs unless they sign one in January. Then maybe it might happen.

Sturridge is better technique & finishing imo. The fact that Walcott has got more career goals than him says a lot though imo. It’s not like Walcott is particularly robust either.

In a way I think fair play to him.

We don’t need defenders, well maybe we do but Blind is not better than whatwe have already

We need an upgrade on Yoshida/Stephens. Both ok as back up but shouldnt be starting regularly, Apparently we have made a £17.5m bid for Monoca striker Guido Carrillo and Sam McQueen might be off on loan.

It is a dance that is extremely annoying and unforgivably shit, but by god would I like to see it in red and white (or greenyblue and black) 10-12 times between now and the end of the season.
