The January 2018 Transfer window:- speculation, rumours, dummy spitting, it's all here

What I actually said was:-

Все еще Получение большого количества твитов @QPromes Как я уже сказал, это привело к тому, что сделка с #SaintsFC еще не завершена. Игры играют все вовлеченные.

And I think that clears that up!

Didn’t do English O level but I guess Hanni turned down a move to China to join Spartak.

Earlier Armstrong tweet indicated Hanni is the AM replacement Spartak wanted to replace Primed.

Seems clear to me

But what do I know

To be fair I type like that when pissed.

More likely like this :-

まだたくさんのつぶやきを得る@QPromes私が言ったように、これは#SaintsFCとの取引がまだ完了していないという事実につながった。 ゲームは関係するすべての人が行う。

Some interesting deadline day action brewing…

Some talk that Man City have stuck a bid in for Mahrez, and was rejected prompting the Algerian to refuse to train.

Mahrez must enjoy hanging round airports all day

Surely if there is a release clause for 30m euros, that is his price?

Oh, Fuck.

That’s my massive “turn your back on Aguero and spread the love thin” Fantasy Football gamble buggered then.

I think his release clause is €35m.

Has he signed yet?

I read it as 30m euros/£26m. I can’t see us paying £30m for a player. Les would want at least 2 players for that!

However, according to Sport Express in Russia, the situation remains very much the same, as the Saints are yet to match the €30m release clause in his contract that would force the RPL club to let their star go.

The problem with this is that, as per the Dutch forward’s contract, Promes is promised (awful pun definitely not intended) 15% of his transfer fee, meaning he would get €4.5m of the €30m.

So, in order for everyone to be happy, Southampton would have to pay close to €35m.

Considering that, as things stand, they aren’t willing to go over €27m, a deal has yet to be agreed, and the 26-year-old will, for the time being, remain in Moscow.

Of course, this could change between now and Wednesday evening, but unless Southampton decide to shell out an extra €8m, it’s going to be difficult.

I’d probably grin and bear the drive from Leicester to Manchester if I’m honest.

OK so Promes not gonna happen.

Options?

Plan B?

Duh silly me. It’s Saints.

Skacel anyone?

OR shows Spartak played hardball when we pay 30mil and spread Promes cash over a 4 year contract as extra wages

We just need the Pepster to come in with a £7m bid for Henry mark ll to free up a bit more cash.

Its gunna happen I reckon. (Promes, not Redmond to City, obvs).

Keep the faith.

Confusing article. If his release clause is 30m then we don’t have to go a penny higher. Promes cut is their problem, so saying we’d have to pay more is bollocks. Activating the release clause puts an end to negotiating with the club(and they’re solely liable for the players cut).

Pay the 30m now(or get Gaitán on loan with an option).

I want this done today, so the CB gets all the headlines tomorrow(Matthijs De Ligt if there is a god, but as there isn’t, we’ll settle for that bloke playing in France).

Think it will go into tomorrow and “Last night of the Promes” will be trend on twitter.
