I have a beef with those vigilantes who take the law into their own hands. Many seem obsessed and non too stable.
Giving surveillance info to the police and getting them to act fine.
Taking the law into your own hands, not too sure about that.
If my kids were groomed by a sicko then my answer is likely to be different.

From what I understand this group just set up the paedos by pretending to be young kids then when the “mark” turns up at the arranged meet the police are there to carry on. They do talk to the “marks” about what they are doing and that their targets are just children but they dont get involved beyond that.
There was a lot of discussion about entrapment when Fat Sam was taken down and a lot of people were against the principle. It seems to be an effective way of finding and prosecuting peados, perhaps the police should use these tactics themselves?

I think you’ve hit the nail on the head SOG - perhaps the police should be doing just that. Vigilantes won’t go away until they do.
Trouble is, is that there are so many things that should be done but the govt want to spend our money on things that suit them, not what will help society
