Citeh played with the rules that were (like Chelsea & their 8+ year contracts) looser.
Everyone could see Forest buying 300 players in one transfer window.
Nobody could see an airline or a phone company overpaying for sponsorship

There can be no points deduction this season, the whole process takes too long with appeals etc.
