Football Corrupt ?
How could you imply such things.

They’re using poor terminology there. Surely it should be Comrade Ceferin?

Typical arrogant Polish Business types.
Deserved more tbh

Wtf is wrong with Turkish football?

Tall Paul scores and opposition President takes his team home…

Madness

More disgraceful scenes in Turkish top flight as club president storms onto the pitch

Koca announced his resignation as president of Ankaragucu - a post he had held since 2021 - and admitted he felt ‘great embarrassment’ for his actions and was stepping down to ‘prevent any further harm’ to the club.

However it had been earlier reported that he claimed he had not been responsible for the fractured eye socket suffered by the official, adding his intent was to spit into the referee’s face.

‘My aim was to react verbally to the referee and spit in his face,’ Koca said.

Well, that’s alright then. He only intended to scream at the ref and spit in his face, not fracture his eye socket. He’s not a savage. :unamused:

It really isn’t difficult - make sur the consequences of their actions are so bad that even the most hot headed dickhead will think twice

Dock them 20 points

then if it happens again

Suspend them for the rest of the season and relegate them

Job done

You wouldn’t want to be the president having to explain to the teams ultras that you momentary lapse of judgement has just fucked their season

Fvcking hell.
So 15% of EFL decisions are WRONG?

What percentage of that 15% involved a Gnat’s Cock offside decision that would have taken 3 minutes to decide.
Personally I can live without VAR.

Like the penalty we did not get against Blackburn for the shirt pull on Stu

We’ve gotten away with a few ourselves as well, tbh.

I honestly believe it evens itself out over the course of a season. There will always be some controversial decisions made by refs, and believing your team is hard done by is all part of being a supporter. I wouldn’t like to see VAR in the championship, I’m quite happy to take the rough with the smooth and let the game flow.

The start of the top clubs fvcking off hopefully

European Super League: Uefa and Fifa rules banning breakaway league unlawful, says court -

Interesting to see that of the English clubs originally involved, a fair proportion are no longer permanent members of the “top 6”. I wonder if those teams replacing them will be as selfishly interested?

With the exception of Spurs (because Levy is a sociopath), I don’t think the other clubs will go - they under estimated the level of feeling against the super league the first time and won’t want to go there again

So Uefa cannot stop the creation of the league, but the FAs can stop players playing internationally (rugby has done it with English players playing club rugby in France being ineligible for the national team).

The Prem can also stop these clubs playing in their league (a bit like the LiV PGA debacle)

All so Madrid and Barca who have been financially doping for 30 years can clear their debts

And so it starts…

Actually, as the legal writers have looked at it rather than the Sports guys it may be a hollow victory.
The "new rues UEFA/FIFA put in place to stop clubs leaving in the future have been proven to be unlawful.
Except they issued new rules that cover the “gaps”

Yeah, but it’s a bit like Harry Kane shooting out the lights in Germany isn’t it? The quality opposition isn’t there :joy:
