8km yesterday. Building up.
I feel the shoulder will always be unstable, sadly.
I get the feeling that if I even need to react to an emergency I could be in trouble. We’ll see.

Such is the problem with sporting injuries, I think my sciatica is related to my ruptured Achilles from 8 years ago. I’ve never really trusted it again so, subconsciously, don’t put as much work into it as I should…

Although beers were involved and, well, you know me, I think we’ve talked about work and life and balancing the two before. Gutted to hear that your clean start has ended that way also didn’t know/remember that you’d gone back into Web dev.
If I stop and think about what’s going on at the moment I find myself worrying.
Personally, I think things aren’t going to be the same again for many industries. Even once they fully recover, I think we’ll be doing things differently.

Yes all wifi and our internet is governed by the IT police they have also banned facebook video’s to stop bandwidth dying, not cottoned on to U-tube and the video’s played on here.
