With Snodgrass I can see pro’s and con’s. Not sure if Saints would suit.
maybe you have a point if we had any other midfield but against Stephen Davis Snodgrass is more Maradona then Nugent

According to the Telegraph, Palace are after Chambers for £16m. From what I have seen of him since he left us he has gone backwards. Would be happy with this move as it will weaken their defence after having had Sakho.
If Chambers is worth £16m that just sent VVD’s price up to £100m!
United apparently after Eric Dier for £60m - maybe Virgil IS worth £100m!
Considering how much he cost plus how much he has advanced under Arsenals coaching it’s a bargain.

Have i missed something but does this transfer window proove we only spend what we sell.
One sale in July for £12mill means one buy in Aug for £10mill
All the rest from TV goes to Kat, Ralf, Les and the players
Might be worth waiting for the window to finish before coming to that conclusion
