Its been absolutley pasted in the press.
Aw fvck.
Started watching with Mrs P_F she lasted 15 minutes before heading to bed and said itâs interesting letâs watch more tomorrow (this is a woman who snogged Rory tbf)
Upside is I can finish The Last of Us Ep5
Back to Full Swing.
Netflix must have had millions of hours of film they dumped, because somehow they seem to capture a back story for every tournament as well as LIV Golf
Very good TV after Ep3 I really cannot blame Poulter for joining LIV. He was trending backwards, out of Majors and potentially could have lost his card in a year or so.
Donât agree with it, but tbh I would have signed up at his age
Sigh.
This is bringing back memories
Like my 10 minutes conversation with Pauline Gretzky in Paris.
What a killer opening line I used - itâs this way Maâam. And the oh well that was very polite.
I was almost in, then realised @Goatboy hadnât parked his Van by the fan village as promised
And the whole family moment with Matt Fitzpatrick was played out back in 2016 when he actually won the DP World Tour Championship.
Such a great kid and damn, got something in my eye
(Yes one of my snaps)
I see Saturday nightsâ TV is improving
Tell ya what Fawn still has it in spades stunning voice and um oh yeah a personality
How the fvck I missed guessing Pheonix seeing I sing his song once a month
Lol.
So being cancelled is a good career move after all.
Or.
Itâs bloody good TV.
Jezza got more viewers than an $800m TV Series
A sequel to a prequel that is a prequel to Yellowstone which I havenât seen
A slow burner
Where Harrison Ford & Dame Helen Mirren act the shit out of it and slightly overbearing the rest of the Montana cast.
And cuts to Africa which are wonderfully balanced.
Slow but gradually gripping story of a range war.
Marvellous with (eventually some nice bewbs)
The Consultant on amazon prime. Christoph Waltz plays a Derren Brown type but with seemingly malicious intent. Good so far, and Iâm not sure what direction it will take yet so also a plus.
Just finished the series. Has left me with more questions than answers. Maybe I missed the point of it. 5/10.
On Ep 3 - weird but am sticking with it
Daisy Jones & the Six
Prime.
Mockumentary about the rise and fall of a â70âs supergroup
Canât stop seeing parallels with Fleetwood Mac
Binged first 3 episodes now caught up and weekly from now on.
Worth a watch.
Yep, good fun, and not skimped on the music royalties with the genuine tracks - always loved Patti Smithâs Dancing Barefoot (Covered it with slightly more guitar heavy version back in the dayâŚ)
Would be better without the docustyle âinterviewsâ which are a bit clumsy, but a good watch
âEarly Doorsâ on BBC iplayer atm.
How the fuck did I not make myself watch this before?
âCrime canât crack itself!â.
Not new but the best
Better Call Saulâs âPlan and Executionâ wins Best Episodic Drama at the Writers Guild of America Awardsđ
Thought it was weekly but have just watched another 3âŚstill worth watching.
I mentioned it before, but 1923 becomes very very good.
Historical drama prequel to the highly rated Yellowstone.
The supporting cast catch up with the acting of Harrison Ford & Helen Mirre.
8.1 on IMDB and worth it
Vaathi - Indian (Tamil) language film
Satire (?) about private and state education and the caste system in India- I think,
Comedy and obligatory dance scenes. Great modern social messages.
I really donât know Indian cinema (& watched with subtitles), but really enjoyed this.
I mentioned before 1923 (Prime)
Helen Mirren & Harrison Ford stole the early episodes.
But as it went on Timothy Dalton, Jerome Flynn & others reach their level.
It is beautifully filmed the story unwind and the clash between the old West & The excess of the roaring 20s is caught so very well.
8.2 on IMDB and something your other half can get into.
Marvellous show.
Now to start Yellowstone.
Oh and for MLG, it has some bewbs later in the series
The Night Agent. Netflix.
Itâs not shit.
Generic White House conspiracy stuff but with some character development that keeps it watchable
