:netflix::prime_video_logo: Streaming Recommendations

Oh.
I’m calling Christopher Horner & Geri Halliwell & Peter Capaldi amongst 1st episode contestants

Superbro - Netflix

Comedy about a dysfunctional Aussie family

2 series (short 20mins or so episodes)

Genuinely original and plenty of laugh out loud moments

A wealth of other shorts and a miniseries on YouTube- badged correctly as Superwog)

Calling @OzSaintDave to confirm they’re not documentaries.

Not watching streaming shows, can’t say definitively but my guess would be “spot on”

Uh oh.

So dont watch UK basedcdodgy Firesticks

Police ‘to visit 1,000 homes in crack down on illegal streams’

Blimey they’re finally tackling the most insidious crimes in modern society…about time.

Shit carpentry?

Mrs C_S is hooked

Masked Singer Ep2 has dropped.
It is so shit.
Yet…

I’ve started it, feels like a filler episode on the x-files only it’s being drawn out over a series.

Yeah formulaic, nothing much happens, and you don’t care what happens to the characters. Not for me.

Are things that bad in Poland @Polski_Filip ?

Well I watched the first episode.
What a load of shit. the first 30 secs showed how bad it was going to be people outside with out the proper PPE.
The female company rep would have been shutdown by the OIM they are there to observe not give orders or make decisions.
The OIM would never have gone outside to dress the 2 guys going up the tower. 2
The two guys going up the tower should have had 2 hooks so that one was connected whilst they moved the other up or down so that they were always connected so he should never have fallen.
They have a lack of radios onboard he would have radioed down to ensure it was working before coming back down.
The company rep would have never have gone outside without PPE or would have been stopped by the person that saw her going.
There are too many reasonably good looking females onboard most are dogs.
They are wearing to many civilian clothes normally everybody stays in Boiler suits.
The rec room had too many people in it normally if you are off shift your sleeping as you never know when you will be working again.
The rig was supposed to be shut down but there was still a huge flare not possible.
Hutton would have been shut down a lot earlier and would never been allowed access to the OIMs office without the OIM being there so would never have found the document.
Everybody knows that the rigs will be decommissioned which is why there is such a high turn over of staff as everybody is looking for a new position somewhere.
The only nearly correct thing was the lack of communication that is normal. But even there they got it wrong. Phones were down and she was still having a video call not possible as they all work off the same system.
all the above IMHO

That’s all well and good, and very interesting I’m sure. But you haven’t addressed the central issue required of any visual art medium in 2023, namely does the cast properly reflect an acceptable mix of gender/sexuality/ethnicity, and which social media platforms are they portrayed as favouring?:grin:
