Just watching final episode of BCS

Thought it was long enough to be a two glass of wine episode. I was right - perfectly judged half time pause:

Well, that wasn’t what I was expecting, but a great wrap up final episode.

I have also watched Trainwreck : Woodstock '99.

Looks like the wildest festival that ever happened because of total mismanagement. A good watch.

It’s on the list

Feckin mad. Train wreck is about right.

My service provider has uploaded Celebrity MasterChef
I get that after 350+ years it is tedious & there are no actual celebs left who haven’t been on.
But it’s a lovely little bit of home & tbh Paul Chuckle is a joy on it

Having now watched all of it I half-wish something similar would happen at Glastonbury

But I guess all the olds would be too well behaved / tucked up by 10pm each night.

Chris Eubank Snr on Celebrity Masterchef.
Joy/lolz

Brought back memories of an insane night out with him Peter Reid, Kerry Dixon & David Speedie drinking Bullfrogs in the Buddha Bar in the Sandpit in the day

Few of you seem to have ventured into the rich vein that is Netflix in original language that is not English mode - some crackers out there if you can do subtitles

Clark - richly dark comedic tale of Clark Olafsson - A criminal life story of this chancer…

Kleo - another dark ‘comedy’ - about a former East German Stasi assassin - getting revenge on those who set up and put her inside after the wall comes down - crisp dialogue and wit

This is already on my list.

Have tapped into a good vein of German language films.

What channel will I find this “Netflix” on?

Well, firstly, you’ll need one of these

Wow that’s a big one…the one on the right is pretty hefty too.

Have a go at Clark to, but not with kids present, seriously funny

Yeah, that’s definitely added to the list. Thanks :+1:

All Is True

Prime

William Shakespeare returns home from fame and fortune in London and dies.

A lot of slow contemplative stuff in between.

No guns, ammo, violence or sex.

Actually it’s pretty good and worth a watch.

Just got drawn in to Jeff Lynne’s ELO at Wembley on Sky Arts.

Blimey I forgot how many songs I know by heart….

Audience looks like a Sotonians and wives convention - almost everyone is middle aged.

Only Murders in the Building S2 done.
Completely in love with this goof ball show.
Steve Martin does soome of his best work in decades, Martin Short is heroically over the top & Selena Gomez just millenials around and the 3 lunatics just create sparks of stupidity.
The ever increasing roll call of cameo appearances keeps me googling, Shirley McLaine was wonderful, (as was Sting as Sting in S1) and then right at the end Paul Rudd pops up.
This is gonna run

Will there be a season 3 of Only Murders in the Building?

Hulu’s hit murder mystery Only Murders in the Building has officially been renewed for a third season . “Only Murders in the Building is the true crown jewel of our slate,” Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment president Craig Erwich said in a statement this past July announcing plans for its return.

Disney+ in UK

Mr Lynne has influence well beyond ELO. He was pretty much responsible for Tom Petty’s comeback in the late 1980s and wrote some great songs for him. See also, Traveling Wilburys, a band I thought desperately uncool at the time but have come to love afterward.
