Iâm your actual on the spot reporter from deep within Epping Borough Council land.
So it seems that Debden is the flag centre of England (the tube station i arrived at broken last night (a young lady gave me her seat on the Tube) 
The Hotel in Epping is next to a special needs school not good that they all hang around or walk into it.
Just behind Epping High Street is the main school, connected by an alleyway.
The hotel guests have nowhere to go so hang in the alley, at certain times of the day.
The school uniform for girls features slightly short skirts.
So the first grievance was the keering and the comments. All recoded but taken down by Social Media as being âoffensiveâ
Anyway. Today about an hour ago.
One just got arrested for breaking into the school by climbing a fence
